You will receive an email once your order is ready for pick up.

Pick up hours are between Wednesday-Friday 10am-6pm

Location for pick up will be provided when in confirmation email.

SHIPPING

You will receive an email once your order has been shipped.

SHIPPING & HANDLING

Shipping is only available within Canada.

$15 flat rate per order within Ontario.

$20 flat rate within Canada, outside Ontario.

Orders will be shipped within 7 business days. Please make sure the shipping address is correct as we can’t redirect orders once they have been sent. In the case of an incorrect shipping address, additional costs will be incurred by the customer.

All orders are subject to availability and credit authentication. During sale and holiday periods, additional processing time may occur.

SHIPPING TO P.O. BOXES OR MULTIPLE ADDRESSES

Orders shipped to P.O. Box addresses, rural postal codes and remote locations may take longer to arrive. Please allow additional time for orders shipped to these addresses.

Orders may only be shipped to one address. If you would like to order items that require shipping to multiple addresses, place separate orders for each address.

TAXES

Prices displayed on the website do not include taxes. When you proceed to purchase your order, sales tax (where applicable) and shipping charges will be calculated and displayed on the Order Summary page.

RETURN POLICIEs

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase! We will happily accept returns for store credit only.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

All returned merchandise must be:

  • In its original condition.

  • Have all its original tags attached, packaging and unopened.

  • Package is postmarked for return within 14 days of purchase.


Unfortunately we cannot accept returns for the following items:

  • Opened Supplements/Vitamins


To initiate a return please email letschat@sandracompton.com and include your order number and reason for return. Any items being returned are at the customer’s expense and require an authorization number. If you are local to Waterloo, ON contact us to arrange a time to drop off. Walk-in returns will not be accepted.

We are not responsible for the loss or delay of packages being returned and suggest using a shipping service that provides a tracking number and insurance. Return shipping fees are at the expense of the purchase
